Hatha yoga poses are the same as those used in a Vinyasa class but are performed in a gentler way.
The big difference is the pace of movement between poses. In a Hatha yoga class, you’ll move your body more slowly and deliberately, while focusing on breathing and relaxation.

£12 per same household of two or more people (drop in)
£80 x 10 online sessions per person
£110 x 10 per household for online sessions
If a session is missed, the prepaid fee can be carried forward to the next class (no more than three weeks)
