About Hatha yoga

Hatha yoga poses are the same as those used in a Vinyasa class but are performed in a gentler way.

The big difference is the pace of movement between poses. In a Hatha yoga class, you’ll move your body more slowly and deliberately, while focusing on breathing and relaxation.

Hatha yoga is great for both body and mind and places more emphasis on joint mobility, controlled breathing and good posture.

Our charges for Hatha yoga

75-minute online group sessions

£9 per person (drop-in)

£12 per same household of two or more people (drop in)

Block bookings

£80 x 10 online sessions per person

£110 x 10 per household for online sessions

If a session is missed, the prepaid fee can be carried forward to the next class (no more than three weeks)
