Another session of Vinyasa Yoga following Monday's class at a slighter slower pace. The format includes a grounding practice, floor based stretches, breath work, standing sequence, balance and deep relaxation to finish. A great way to end the day, taking time to de-stress and getting in touch with ourselves.
