This is an apt description of Vinyasa, which is a style of yoga that sees you combine poses, moving seamlessly from one to another while controlling your breathing.

Vinyasa yoga has been practised for thousands of years and this dynamic practice brings vitality to the body and stillness to the mind.

Vinyasa is an athletic form of yoga – you’ll certainly build up a sweat! It gets your blood pumping and is great fun.

Because of the pace of a Vinyasa class, it’s more suitable for those who have previous experience of practising yoga, but students can work at a pace they’re comfortable with.

Our charges for Vinyasa yoga

Online group sessions

Monday (60-min class): £9 per person or £14 per household (2 or more people)

Wednesday & Thursday (75-min class): £10 per person or £16 per household (2 or more people)

Block bookings

£80 for 10×60 min sessions pp

£90 for 10×75 min sessions pp

£130 x 10 per household for online sessions

If a session is missed, the prepaid fee can be carried forward to the next class
