What is mindfulness?

Put simply, mindfulness is the ability to be fully present and aware in any situation, without being over-reactive or overwhelmed, and without distraction or judgement.

By learning meditation techniques, breathing methods and other practices to fully experience your body and mind, you can reap the benefits that come with being mindful.
